Hello Azza,
Maybe you could see a Rheumatologist if you haven't done so already. Since your test results are coming back normal, maybe it is inflammation and possibly Bursitis. I have this in both my hips and the night time is the worst. My rheu. had diagnosed me with this.
Pain localized to the hip area is usually from a problem with the hip joint, muscles or bones, but is not uncommonly 'referred pain' from the knee. The sensory innervation of the knee interacts with sensory centers that also innervate the hip - so the body gets confused and localized the pain in the knee to the hip - have your right knee checked out.
Was your MRI scan of the hip itself - if not this is the best way of looking for soft tissue pathology. Have a physical therapist asses your posture and walking to see if this is contributing to pain. Have your doctors look carefully for aseptic necrosis of the femoral head - another condition that can affect both hips, and cause pain and disomfort, and may be hard to pick up
Good luck
