First time to the Neurologist

Hello all! I have been waiting since January for my first neurology appointment. I was just wondering what to expect at the first visit. first I will give a little background. I started having muscle fasciculations mostly in my legs and it has progressed to my deltoids, buttox, face, and other areas of the body. This started in may 2015 and is still ongoing. I was told by my doctor it could be due to my increased running and physical activity. I had also had my first Gardasil shot which I am curious to whether or not this could have any effect. I stopped running in july and still have these symptoms. I have had all kinds of bloodwork done to rule out electrolyte imbalance, lyme disease, magnesium, b12, tsh. I only waited so long because I was waiting to upgrade to a better insurance. Will the visit just be assessment intake or can I expect them to run diagnostic tests?
