Pressure in head and neck nausia

Hi. I am a 31 year old male who up until this summer have been healthy. This summer I developed a dizziness and very sensitive to light. Went to the Doctor and he did some tests,  (my blood pressure was high185 I think.) He did some tests and everything else came back normal. I knew different. My face was losing colour and I felt very outta sort. (seeing spots, very sensitive to light, neck was aching and big lumps on neck (vertabrae). I also had nausia off and on. I went to a Chiropractor and he took x-rays. Showed 2 vertabrae pinched closed. He popped my neck and within seconds my colour came back. I have been seeing him on a regular basis, but the problem doesnt seem to be getting better. Driving aggrivates it alot. My blood pressure still feels outta whack and when it feels that way, I am irritable and nausia off and on. A few years ago I had a steel Garbage can lid come down on the back of my head as I was stuffing garbage in it. It split my head open but I never had it looked at. Back then I had a job where I was driving alot. Now I have  a job where I am running around alot. I also noticed alot of vericose looking veins in my ankles and a few in my legs. (could this be caused by High blood pressure or being on my feet alot more)? Also When I get feeling this way My abdomen area gets kinda hard and when I have, "(what I call A nerve spasm)", It is shortly followed by a bowel movement. Could all this be caused by a vertabrae pinching in the neck?  For awhile before my neck problem I noticed some tenderness to touch underneath front of ribcage area.
The most bizarre part of it all I dont have any great deal of pain, Just pressure in the back area of my neck, and kinda a dizzy sort of feeling with brightness seensitvity. My right eyelid twitches when it is bothering me too.   Some days I feel pretty good with lots of energy, and when I feel pressure and nausiated, and pressure behind the eyes, by the end of the day I am exhausted. I am hoping I rambled on enough and maybe you have some kind of idea whether this can be nerve related or something else I could check for. I have a larger family to care for so I would like to try to get this beat and return to normal lifestyle. It is affecting my want to even go anywhere and my work as well. I look forward to hearing from..............

Hi.  Also, you said that your blood pressure was 185 - is that 185 systolic over diastolic -like 185/ 100 - because normal blood pressure is 120/80. I have high blood pressure - for instance, when I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure, it was 161/100- my dr. said, wow, you haven't had any symptoms have you?  But, I did,  I had been having dizzy spells -  I had dull head aches and pressure in head and neck for a while.  Did he put you on high blood pressure medicine cause that's very important.  As far as the vericose veins,  it most likely has to do with being on your feet alot.  I've seen it in my family.  By the way, have you looked into migraines?  That will cause sensitivity to light and dizziness.  Your symptoms could be related to a couple of different things or that blunt trauma - hard to say - did the dr. give you a ct scan or mri?  Did they rule out blood clot?  Perhaps you should see another dr. just for another opinion.  Take care - if want to, let me know how it goes

I am still experiencing pressure in upper neck area and mid back as well. Chiropractor on regular basis. He has great difficulty in trying to pop mid back in place. Cracks my neck fine but only feels better for a day or so,,,,, this seems to be progressing worse.
