why does this happen and what causes it and what can i do to get better

About 4 days ago I lost feeling on my left side, difficulty speaking, bad taste on left side of the tongue, stumbling, double and blurry vision, searching for words, forgetfulness etc.
I had a MRI on June 24, they saw no sign of stroke from what I was told.
but found my MRI difficult to read"
I'll expect to see a neurologist within a few weeks, but I have questions about my mri- such as there are white spots and a big while blob in my forehead- same place I had cysts that was shunted 23 years ago.

I have my MRI on disk- I am new to this site, so not sure how I could send you the images- but I would really like for a neuro doctor to take a look and see if they can give me some opinions-
