what's wrong with me?

I have no idea what's going on, so I'm going to list all of the unusual consistent symptoms that have developed over the last 8 months. In order and with time marks (ma = months ago)

8ma: cramping of hands during fine motor activities (guitar, writing and automotive wiring) after only a minute or two of the
Activity.

7ma: involuntary shaking of hands after any manual activity, cramps continue if activity is continued

5ma shaking/trembling spread to legs after bowel movements, our other abdominal activities

4ma weakness in hands, other symptoms continue and progressively worsen

3ma near constant trembling in hands, severe trembling in legs after any activity other than short walks

2ma near constant mild cramping in hands, in the palm near the thumb. Constant trembling of hands unless I focus on steadying them. Upper body trembles occasionally.
1ma new symptom: overheating after minimal exertion with sweating (making a sandwich, taking out trash, walking more than 100 ft. Bowel movement, brushing teeth. Etc.)

Now: Trembling in hands is constant, abdominal muscles tremble when at rest (laying down) neck and neck tremble when laying down. When asleep shaking sometimes wakes my wife.

I'm male 30y.o. smoker >1p/d
5'6" 170lbs.
No priors
ADHD diagnosis at 8y.o.
No injuries within 5 years
No head/spinal injuries within 15 years. No medications.
