Could this be pinched nerve?

Dear Dr. Chahine,
I have intermittant pain (sometimes excruciating) in my left shoulder blade and my left elbow.  My left arm and hand are weaker than the right.  6 years ago, MRI's showed Degenerative Disc Disease at C4-5 thru C7 with some stenosis and osteophytes. I was treated at the time with epidural spinal injections. I also have OA. A rheumatologist said she thought the elbow pain was tennis elbow.  She did not address the shoulder blade pain.  I think that use brings on the pain (aerobic exercise, floor and water). I am 67years old, normal weight. I have tried sleeping in different positions to no effect. Heat helps for a bit, as does ice. NSAIDs and codeine don't help. I try to stay active but the pain is intense and interfering with my routine. Is there something else I could do? Thank You!

Thank you Dr. Chahine.  I will try the traction first, as you say.
