Need diagnosis help

For the last 1.5 yrs having trouble with unsteady balance.  Symptoms:  unsteady drifting to right; unable to walk stairs, inclines & trouble getting out of vehicles (change in planes causes unsteadiness); tingle in outer thighs; when episodes start -- have blurry vision in right eye and then difficulty keeping right eye open; sharp pain in back of head when bending over; can happen daily to several times weekly.  Tests completed: Vit B lab, MRI & MRA of head, audiologist, ENT, cardio -- all negative.   Neurologist ruled out diabetic neuropathy (not same type of symptoms & ruled out MS (no lesions on MRI, spinal tap from 2002 negative).  EMG revealed: mild axonal polyneuropathy with no denervation & MRI spine revealed: left lateral/neural foraminal herniations L2-3, L3-4 & L4-5.  Have seen several drs -- no diagnosis.  Unable to work due to safety of falling.  Need help so I can return to work.  Any suggestions?

Please do a cardiac bilan (including a blood pressure 24 hours Holter) and 4 axis vessels studies, let me know about your results, they are of cardinal importance to me. Stop focusing on neurological issues.

Is this the same as a cardiac monitor --- one was worn for 2 wks & pushed button to record heart rate with episodes.  Cardiac doctor said everything was fine.
