I suffer from intermittent light headedness all day long I have had a cat scan mri and other tests with no results

I am 49 years old and work as an accounting clerk.  My doctor has just diagnoised me with being on the cuff of having meinere's disease in my left ear

I would like to know your age and profession if you dont mind because this is cardinal for the differential diagnosis.
Also tell me more about the nature, since how long, the intensity and the place of the headache.
Do you assess yourself as satisfied woman in life or not satisfied one?
Migraine headache, tension H, cervical syndrome  ophtalmic H all are to be treated soon after accurate diagnosis.

Often stress related. Take time off from your day job say one week. You need rest
Scans x-rays etc will not help you.
Change your GP also
Take kalms
If problem persists after sufficient rest it may be your nervous system. ENT specialists will treat ear/balance
