Seizures and Meningeoma

I am a 36 year young female and was told I have a right parietal meningeoma of 4mm. It is supposed to be in my frontal lobe.  About a week later an EEG was done and indicated sharp discharges in both hemispheres of my brain.  I have been having horrible headaches since at least 10/20 of this year that get to the point of nausea.  They are sharp and never completely go away.  Just vary in intensity to more bareable at times than others.
The EEG report suggested to consider complex partial seizures.  I was placed on Topamax to which I had a bad reaction and was taken off after two weeks.  I am now on Trileptal for now to see how my body tolerates that.  WHatI need to know is if there are any other tests that can be run to confirm if in fact those spikes or discharges are complex partial seizures.  The only physical manifestion I presented with was a tremor in my right arm.  I am confused and discouraged with the lack of information I am being given.  I've not eaten a real meal in over two weeks, my body is weak, the headaches and nausea are not very uplifting.  I am not driving due to those symptoms for my and everyone elses safety.  Can the tumor have something to do with the seizures also?  What can be done about my headaches?  I do not believe that putting my on vikidin is the solution to the problem.  Please someone help.

ok, I understand now, after you explained me the location and the symptom it is clear that this small meningioma you have is not the cause of your hand tremor (because a right parietooccipital cannot give symptoms at right even never motor, literally it gives no symptoms, zero symptoms !!!). my advice to you is to stop all kind of medications because you dont need them. by the occasion, do you remember the starting dose of topamax you took?

I had a bad reaction to topiramate.  No eating at all, eye pain, limbs falling asleep, excessive nausea.....
I have to figure out how to get the MRI image to you.....It's 4mm and per report it is along the right parietooccipital cortex.
