Spasm and stiffness

Dear sir,

I am suffering from Trapezius spasm (No pain) since last 1.5 yrs. I have tried every available treatment. I shown to various Orthos,Physiotherapist,Neurologist and Physician.
I even went for Laser and Tapping tech in Physiotherapy. My doctor says you can't do massage on spasm.
I have tried various relaxants and physiotherapy since last 1.5 months. What shold I do now.One month back I underwent MRI Reports:1)Loss of Cervical Lordosis
2)Posterior bulge of C4-C5 disc on left side compressing theca and left exiting nerve root.
3)Posterior diffuse bulge of of C3-C4 and C5-C6 indenting theca and both existing nerve root.

Even I underwent Electromyogram (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies which shows everything normal.

Neurologist says only streching even not medicine can cure this.
Can I play sports after this or do swimming
What can be the problem and what is is your opinion?

Dear Sir

As per your advice yesterday I tried large collar but when I wear it I feel some shoulder pain

Should I try swimming for my cervical bulging disc and spasm at shoulder

Put a large soft cervical collar around your neck for 4 weeks, then contact me.to assess the situation..

A last last treatment would be 1 BOTOX injection at the site of spasm.

Thank you for contcting me and Medhelp
