penile pain

I’m 32 & circumsized. 11 months ago after masturabtion rubbing on my penis overtop my pajama pants, I noticed a small pink spot/discoloration on glans of my penis. No sensation & was gone in a week. Week later after basketball, the head of my penis was met with increased sensitivity & I noticed two spots, dark purple, on the corona of my penis.Gone in a week, but sensitivity remained. In agony due to sensitivity, irritation & pain in the head of my penis & meatus which is now dark red on the right side. Over next 2 weeks turned into unbearable pain. Friction from wearing my usual boxer briefs made it feel like they were coated with sandpaper. Friction near tip of urethra, corona, upper shaft feels tingly, numbing, pin-like. Friction to head of my penis makes the top of glans “splotchy” red & corona “splotchy” purple.  Red spots and sores appeared on the corona twice - derm & uro said it wasn’t dermalogical. Only saving grace to function somewhat normally has been switching to a tight fitting brief with compression shorts over top. Been 11 months & still no change.  In July I noticed the upper shaft of my penis (closest to the head) turns bright red after intercourse, masturbation, any direct contact to my penis. Seen my pcp, immediate care, 2 derms, 3 uros, and a neurologist. Blood tests cdc w/ diff, metabolic, herpes simplex 1 & 2 - all negative. Creams lidamantle, clotrimazole, neosporin, vaseline intensive care, pure aloe, etc. Tried diflucan, valcytrex, gabbapentin, cymbalta, lyrica, and amitryptiline. Abdominal mri & cystoscopy showed nothing, & mri of spine (sacral) showed small shallow disc herniation. Uro said he’s at his wits end & believes its nothing urological. This has taken over my life. Outside of being in unbearable pain, everything functions normally.  No burning with urination. Could it be penile nerve damage (nerve meds didn’t work), a bacterial infection, penile contact dermatitis, etc.? I am petrified this will plague me the rest of my life.

I am not able to tell if a neurosurgeon would agree with the theory of neuroma, but in case you find such specialist he would plan his best conditions to find the best way to dissect the nerve. the big dilemma will be the nature of the organ itself, and the blood issue.

What kind of physician would be able to diagnose this as the problem and/or be able to perform the micro-surgery?  Are there any specific tests that need to be done?  Believe me, I sincerely appreciate any advice as I have been in agony because of this problem for almost a year.  I will do anything or travel anywhere to find a solution to this life altering problem.

ok, a post traumatic fracture and subsequent hemorrhage or/and penile nerve damage over the dorsum of your penis, with possibly a neuroma could be my answer. solution; exploration micro-surgery

I have sent it to a urologist, dermatologist, and neurologist.  I have also seen 3 urologists already with no answers.  I didn't know if this could be neurological and/or have anything to do with the dorsal or pudendal nerve.  Was wondering if you have heard of such a problem and/or know of any solution.
