Hypochondria and OCD
I m always think that i have diffrent disease(like cancer etc). Checking for symptoms in internet and always checking my body for any change.I thaught that i have hypochondria.Recently my doctor told me that i have Obssesive cumpulsive disorder and need to go psychiasrist istead of going to physician. my question is Hypochondria and OCD are same? There is any relation betwen hypochondria and OCD?
