Could i Have OCD?

Hello. So i have done some research and what is going on with me fully relates to OCD. For about 3 or 4 years now, these kind of things have been happening to me- my brain tells me i always have to do things like step in certain patterns or to avoid "imaginary lines" my brain creates. My brain will tell me "ok stop here and walk in place 20 times or something bad will happen to you." and i feel the need to do it. I always count the number of times i do something and then my brain tell me to do it again untill i reach a certain pattern or have done it an even number of times. my brain is obsessed with these kind of things. i think it's messed up that i let this control me. i try to stop, but i have been doing it for so long before i knew about OCD, that it has become a habit. Do you think this is OCD? If so, is there anything i can do to control it? or should i see my doctor? SIDE NOTE: my doctor recently told me i have panic disorder, but my panic disorder only started in may, while my obsessive behavior started a few years ago. Could panic disorder be a branch-off of OCD? thanks.

I had ocd, and this might not be usefull information but i found if i slowly taught myself how to ignore those things your brains tells your to do it gets better, just keep telling your self your not going to die and youll be fine. It help me out alot.

Hey, yeah personally i think it could be OCD and or Anxiety. but I'm not a doctor. Why don't you talk to your doctor about what has been happing and see what they think, and what possible treatments there could be including therapy. I found that therapy really helpful for my obsessional thoughts.

Good Luck
