Food Smell OCD
Anyone else have the type of OCD where food smells really bother them, cooking oils, meat juices make them feel dirty? I have it awful.
I don't actually have that type of OCD. It is different for everybody. Have you seen a psychologist? Have you been formally diagnosed as having OCD?
