Fear of rabies

Hello. Im from Lithuania. Yesterday I was walking and saw something like bat, bird or something else (trash) on the ground. It was also very strong wind blowing. I came very close to that thing watched at it for few sec and then walked home. When walking I felt that there is something in my eye and immediately thought that it was from that thing witch was lying on the ground. Then I started panicing that it was bat and that it's saliva got into my eyes and that now I got rabies. I know that it's almost impossible to happen (especially in Lithuania because in our country there are no bat-human rabies transmission documented) and that i don't even know if it was bat but I keep thinking that it was bat and that i will get rabies from it. I don't know what should I do.

How about talking to your doctor about anxiety and OCD?  That would be a logical place to start in order to make this better.  good luck
