Is this OCD?
For some reason in my head if I don't do things a certain way I will tell myself bad things will happen if I don't do it the way my head says. Does that make sense?
Yes it is called the OCD bad luck syndrome if I don't do things a certain way I had this but one day I decided to test it and not do that certain way and everything was fine!
Hi there. So I obviously cannot diagnose you on the forum. You would need to see a psychologist or psychiatrist for a proper diagnosis. Having said this, it could very well be OCD. Do you have the means to see a doctor?
