help

I have hap tinnitus in my ears for a year now with loss of hearing, but it seems when i push my left earlobe back i can hear much clearer i have also notice that when i do that i can feel something move in my ear, other symptoms that have started at the same time is headaches, black spot in left eye, sensitivity to light, lights seem to be much brighter now, i also experience all of a sudden exhaustion that causes my neck and back to be extremely tense. Sometimes i experience presssure in my forhead, nose and eyes with pain behind my eyes, as well as a feeling of heat on the left side of my face, i have mouth sores as well and lots of small bumps under my arms. please assist as i have been to many doctors and have been on different types of medication with no help at all

My ent specialist diagnosed me with meniers disease, i am 25 years old i work as an office administrator, i have been on a water tablet wich does not seem to help as well as congestion medication such as allergex, i have also been on a number of antibiotics with no help there as well, i have started experiencing anxiety attacks now and i am afraid to go out in public as the noise in my ear confuses me and makes me feel unreal

Can you tell me more about how old you are, your occupation, what type of noise or other exposures you have had, the names of the diagnoses that your doctors have said that you have, and what types of medications have been used in your case?
