Numbness and Tingling in Knee

I'm 21 and have had trouble with my knees since 2002. I have been to 3 orthopedic surgeons, have had 3 mri's done as well as xrays. I've been through physical therapy twice. The doctors still haven't given me a reason or condition as to what's causing my pain. My problem is a constant aching pain in both knees, numbness and tingling when i bend past 90 degrees. I can't kneel directly on my kneecap. I'm in pain every day. Any ideas as to what this might be would be greatly  appreciated.

This sounds like a patella femoral issue, but it's difficult to believe that with all the doctors and tests so far, this has been missed.  Unfortunately, I dont think I can give you an accurate diagnosis.  That really requires detailed history, examination, and review of testing to date, as well as new tests if  needed.
