Ankle and foot pain
I am ninteen years old and i twisted my foot about 11 months ago. I thought it was a minor problem but it was not. And now i have great pain in ankle and i have pain while walking not only in the ankle but also around it. Due to this I also have muscles problem. The get pulled very easily. Please help me!!

As you have pain for 11 months now I would suggest you to go for some scans such as X-ray and MRI to diagnose healing and present complications. Follow up with an orthopedician for proper diagnosis.
You have to take pain killers and apply ice packs till then. I would suggest you to to wear an ankle brace to avoid further complications.
