New onset pain Hx of spinal injury and repair

I had a recent MRI after an injury. Prior to that I have been virtually pain free for over 2 years. My MRI reads L1/2 right para central disc protrusion contacting the thecal sac. I understand this may have something to do with some incontinence. is that correct? L3/4 broad based posterior disk buldge, facet hyper trophy and central canal narrowing. There are other mild discogenic changes but nothing else significantly new other than a T5/6/7 mild impression of the anterior subarachnoid space. Could these changes be responsible for new onset pain increased incontinence and radiculopathies?
