Swelling in knee

Hi,
Two weeks ago, I wore a pair of shoes that I haven't worn in two years and had to stand for several hours.  When I got home, my knee was swollen almost to the size of my thigh!  The swelling went down during the night, but came back in the morning and has been an issue since.  I have iced, heated, massaged, taken msm, chondroitin, calcium, glucosamine, collagen and out of sheer discomfort took naproxen sodium with no relief.  Please help.  What is wrong here?
Thanks,
Too Young To Hobble!

Hi,
Wear a creep bandage over the swelling.Take an x-ray to find out any abnormality.Consult an Orthopaedician.Take a low protein diet till the swelling reduces.
Goodluck.
