HELP ME PLEASE

I have at least one herniated disc and 2 buldging discs... i believe i aggravated it or herniated a second disc within the past few days...since that time im experiencing chills, numbness and tingling in my extremities... lightheadedness/dizziness... extreme back pain....  shortness of breath when the pain worsens... tingling through out my body when i make a sudden movement or aply pressure to my legs or arms.. . it is really hard to describe the lightheadedness/dizziness its really not either one but those are the closest thing i can think of... alsu during those spells my vision is blurred

I know how that feels, I had those symptoms too.  They can give you injections to help relieve it, but if it's as bad as it sounds, you may have to have a disc fusion.  I just had it done and am very glad I did.  Just had the surgery 2 weeks ago and am feeling much better.  A day after surgery I didn't have the tingly, numb feeling any more.  What I had was called an anterior cervical spine fusion using a plate.  It was at c5-c6.  Hope this helps.

Hi, neuropathy because of nerve compression seems to be the cause in your case. Physiotherapy and hot fomentation may prove to be helpful.
