Bone Marrow Signal diffusely heterogeneous

I am a 58 year old female and a recent MRI indicated Bone marrow signal is diffusely heterogenous specifically in my spine and pelvis.
Could this finding be due to osteoporosis ?

My recent blood values are all within the normal range.
I was diagnosed with  osteoporosis 12 years ago and  2 years ago my DEXA scan results showed a T score in lumbar spine as -3.6.
