Hi!
The MRI mainly indicates a small herniated disc at L4-L5 and degenerative changes between L5 and S1. Fortunately there is no spinal cord or spinal nerve compression. There may be radiculopathy causing the pain. The treatment is conservation with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain killer, manual traction, physiotherapy, lumbar corset etc. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
