MRI arthro- left hip

Hello, three years ago I had surgery on my left hip to repair a labrum rupture. Since than, the pain did not go away, although not in the same way but I am still limited, and there are still "clicks" from the joint. I did an MRI arhtro again - no labrum rupture or other pathology was found but it is stated in the summary of the report that "some deformity signs should be noted probably due to previous surgery for further orthopedic consultation." I wanted to please know what more or less the intention is and whether it can explain the pains and symptoms I am experiencing and if there any chance that such a pathology requires further surgery.. Thanks.
