I have had this pain for about a year now. I have been to many orthopedic doctors, as well as PT's and Chiropractors.

Hello!

You should follow strict ergonomics in your daily living.

You should sit on proper chairs, use proper bed and adopt proper positions during working, relaxing, sleeping, sitting and standing.

You can use a belt for your spinal back problem. Apply warm and cold compress and take intermittent NSAIDs.

If pain continues then you have to get some scans done and follow up with an orthopedician for a proper diagnosis for treatment.

Take care!
