Stabbing pain till almost tears
Constant pain all day and night
Can't sleep in so much pain
I'm on my feet all the time
Had a ganglionic cyst surgically removed in 2009.
Feels like the pain is in my bones, but I'm not an athlete.
Also feels like pain my be in a muscle or tendon in my foot

You need to inform your GP on everything you said. You need to reinforce pain at night!
