Please help with my Abducted pinky and side hand pain??

I got bit by a dog, on the wrist, over a year ago. Had Renacular stabilization of the ECU tendon, tfcc Repair, and ulnar nerve Transposition.

I still have awful pain in the middle of the side of my hand (pinky side), my pinky still abducts away from the rest of my fingers (hangs to the side like I'm drinking tea with pinky extended), and my thumb has started to struggle giving a fully extended thumbs up. I can use my pinky but can't make a full closed fist. Positive Froment & Wartenberg Sign.

The pain and symptoms have been there since before all the surgery but it isn't fixed. Any ideas what is causing this? I'm so done with the pain and fear a third surgery.
