DEAR DOCTOR,
I JUST HAD THE LAST SHOT OF THE SYNVISC TREATMENT THURSDAY MY KNEE N SO MUCH PAIN RIGHT NOW I CAN'T EVEN WALK ON MY WHOLE FOOT N WHERE I GOT THE SHOT AT IN KNEE THE STOP THERE GO IN SOME. WAT DO U THINK I SHOULD DO? I HAD KNEE PROBLEM ALL MY LIFE BUT MY DOCTOR THINK ABOUT REPLACE MY KNEE IF THE SHOT DON'T HELP N HOW MY KNEE LOOKIN RIGHT THAT WAT MIGHT HAPPEN

I have scheduled an appointment for the Synvisc series of 3 shots. Do I need to stop my Plavix a few days before to minimize bleeding or continue taking it.

Your Orthopedician is going in a proper course of treatment for you.
I want to add here to you that Synvisc is not a drug so it will not relieve pain. It will replace the fluid which has hyalauronic acid and will try to treat the cause of pain.
If with complete course or with all shots of Synvisc you do not recover then over a period of time with usage of anti inflammatory drugs, steroids, DMARDs, and other drugs then surgery is an option.
Complete knee replacement, depending on your age and with the progression of your problem is the cure.
Take care and discuss all options with your Orthopedician.
