neck pain

About 4 weeks ago I noticed that when I was talking and would turn my head my right ear would sound like their was water in my ear but only in one spot when I turned my head...then I started getting a slight pain in the top of my neck ...just a dull pain that would come and go. It is more noticable when I look down and feels like it is at the top of my neck bone and akes around the bottom left side of my skull..what type of doctore should I go and see to get this checked? Also when I was very young they said I had TMJ...but I never had any issues with this.

Hi, you should get x-ray cervical spine and consult orthopedician for check up. OTC pain killers can be of some help, do cervical exercise and gentle massage.
