my feet are hot and hurt constantly and i need to cool them for any sort of relief could you please tell me why?
Dr. Vinod is of no real help he's a wanna be. Louisa i've got what is called Plantar Fasciitis, google it and see if this is what your symtoms are. Phill

Applying some icepacks to cool you off of fatigue sometimes would help you cool your feet. You can also take some anti inflammatory drugs intermittently.
