lump on side of knee

i have a hard lump on the side of my right knee,it sorta becomes invisible when i move my leg back 2wards my butt,sometimes it hurts n other times it dont.it seems to av changed in size also..any1 have any ideas startin 2 get worried x

It might be due to soft tissue swelling inflammation of bursa or tendon etc. You have to go for an orthopaedician consultation to rule out any major problem. Take care!
