so many signs worried

Hello all I just found this site and actually only just recently realized all the different symtoms of ovarian cancer. I'm 38 years old and a mother of 5 children my last being almost 5 years ago and my first and only C-section which was an emergency one. over the past couple of years I have had this weird pain in my buttucks near he tail bone sitting makes it worse. I have also had weird periods since my 5th child was born. Some so painful I can funcation. Now for the past few months I have been having pelvic pain , fullness in my stomach and pelvic, lower back pain, I'm nausa all the time have had dirarrha and the peeing more then normal. 9which was already alot have no bladder left after having 5 children)  I also have vaginal discharge for up to a week to week and half after my period with blood then I start again with just a discharge  I was told over 2 years ago that I was pre-menopausal due to pain but now the pain is getting to where I sit in a chair with a heating pad almost every day switching from my back to my stomach to help with my pain I'm living on mortin to even deal with normal daily activities. I also sometimes seem to have hot flash. I'm currently trying to get an appt with my doctor but we are military and a couple of years ago I had a few Tranvanginal US  they showed different csyt at that time but they were never followed. I'm sorry this is all over the map. I'm just not the type of person to go to the doctors unless I'm pregnant or giving birth just how I have always been but after seeing the sign last night my husband is telling me to get my butt in there. Please advise have any of you every had these signs. WHat should I ask for test wise my doctor is pretty good if I ask for something she will normally do it on top of what she thinks long as the military will let her do them. I did have a CT with contrast just over a year ago but not sure if it was my pelvic or not if it was should that have showed something if it was cancer now? Thanks

Finally got in to the doctors she is running loads of test. My Transvangial ultrasound isn't scheduled until the 6th of May gotta Love how slow military doctors move she is waiting on the CA-125 until she rules out some other stuff due to false results. will keep you posted still very concerned

You owe it to your husband, and your children to see a doctor and get these issues resolved. They need you healthy and you owe it to yourself as well.
If you're not satisfied with what the doctor says, see another doctor asap.
Get copies of every test the doctor does, or orders for you, and keep them for your records.
I know that you realize that your symptoms are not normal and that you need medical help to address them.

Many of the symptoms of ovarian cysts and ovarian cancer are the same.  You need to get a transvaginal ultrasound and check these out.  While over 95% of all cysts are benign in most cases they can't be sure until they are biopsied.  You don't need to live with this pain, you deserve peace of mind, and it is too important to ignore.  Do come and see us on the ovarian cyst forum if you need support on your cysts.  Good luck.
