this all sounded so good to me, stay with the B, it looks good on you. they wouldn't touch Leslee's 3 little implants either, guess they don't have that technology yet, but they will some day. One day there will be a cure for this damn disease. What a happy day that will be for women.
There is no new anything, so that is great news.
I continue to think of you guys all the time and do pray hard for you.
You are a wonderful caring woman Marie and I pray for you to feel better with your breathing.
Peace and Love...kim
I don't know why all of a sudden she had to throw the 3c label on me! I have so identified with the 3b title. I am keeping it. It seems if all I have are some implants in my left abdomen they would want to try to take them out of me. I guess it is not a possibility. I have to try to exercise to get some strength back. She seems to think I should be able to do more than I have been doing. I get so short of breath. I will try my best. I hope you are well. Love, Marie
Marie,
Like everyone else, you will always be marie3B to me!
I am so glad to hear that your scan was good and I hope that you celebrated. You may be tired, but look where you are! Soon that will be gone too and you will be good as new.
Love Chris
Great news Marie - This made my day. With love, Deandra
I am happy to hear your good news on the scan. It certainly helps to take the worry away. I wish I had the answers on what to do to not feel so tired all the time, but sometimes I think I'll never be over it. It makes me even more cranky when those around you think just because you aren't currently on chemo, you should feel like doing cartwheels all day long. I do hope that improves for you. It sounds as if you've had plenty of exercise lately cleaning up after the flood. I hope that's all taken care of now, too. Wishing you better days!!
Love,
Gail
Good News Marie!!! Take it easy..your body has been through hell and back so like the Dr said it will take time..Gee I only had 3 surgeries,no cancer thank god ..over 1 1/2 years ago and I am still tired!!! Have you checked your b12 and red count...I am currently taking b12 shots but havent seen much of an improvement yet...So glad to hear the good news and pray for you always....Love, Gia
At last some good news for all to latch on to. Well Done Marie, the start of things to come
Marie, that is great news that your report is so well. I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling the best, but you still need time to recover from your chemo. I am just thrilled that your report is so well. Sorry I have not been on much, but things are so busy around this house. I think of you all the time and miss you all so much. Love, Kasie
Great news, Marie 3B .. I am "watching" a lymph node and it has not changed in 3 months, so I wait some more. Lately, I have been feeling really tired and wonder if it is the stress from "watching" . I try not to think about the cancer. I try to pretend I am totally normal and go about my business, but some days I wish I could just sleep the day away. I don't think we allow for the effects of this stressful situation itself when it comes to how we feel. I also have some uncomfortable spots that I would probably ignore if I did not have cancer, but worry about since I do. I hope this makes some sense. I am very happy things are stable and pray that continues for a long time. Judy
Glad Marie, that you got a good report. I hope your strength will come back sooner for you. Enjoy this time before December with no doctor visits, no chemo! Hugs, Colleen
Marie,
So glad to hear the good report. .. I dunno.. I think 3B still sounds better.. 3C sounds like some kind of weird bra size.
Hope you get back to your zippy self soon.. maybe the exercise will help...(the popular vote seems to think it's the answer to everything LOL)
Thanks for filling us in..
Love, Sandy
Thanks to Dr. L, I will be free to use the chemo as an excuse for not getting much done, even if I do perk up some before the 22.5 months!! Love, Marie
Marie, so glad to hear your good news! Let's hope your energy doesn't take the 22.5 months!
Love, Trudie
Hi Marie,
Great news. I hope you get to feeling better so you can relax a bit. You'll always be Marie3b.
Love
Ronni, It seems I've gotten too chubby for my party clothes. I am down to 1 pr of jeans I can fit into. My neighbor gave me some of her old jeans, but they are a little too hip-huggy for me.
Jan, I am so used to being 3b I think I'll forget about the C talk today.
Next appointment is in December and that puts me past my 1yr from chemo marker. Thank you to God and my surgeons, and to all of you.
Love, Marie
Dear Marie,
That really is wonderful news. I am so glad nothing is getting any bigger.
I would go with what your first oncologist said. (Your name still makes sense. LOL) He is the one that did the surgery right? He is the one that saw what things looked like right? It wasn't his first surgery was it? A lot of Drs want to second guess when they don't have all the facts. Having your pre and post op records doesn't carry near the weight as actually having seen what it was like once they opened you up. Besides, we have all seen the staging, & grading charts and NO WHERE on any of them does size come into play.
At least you have an onc who doesn't think that you should jump up from that last chemo feeling right as rain. have talked to people who say the affects last for years!!! My onc said chemo drugs store up in your fat cells and as those cells break down the drug is released back into your system and it makes you feel like you are having chemo all over again. He said on those days you have to treat yourself as if it is a chemo day, because it will make you extra tired, nauseous, irratible, foggy etc.
All in all a GREAT report and I am sure you are breathing big sighs of relief. Congrats honey, that is really something to celebrate.
Love,
Jan
Whats in a name? A rose by another name is still a rose.. anyway... I am happy to hear that things are going well.. Now hurry up and get dressed and get ready for my party tonight.. Let me know what you are wearing so i will recognize you.. see you tonight and we will have a great time...
Hey Marie, you will always be 3B to me no matter what! So happy to hear that Scan was better than what you expected. Get out there girl and start doing some Richard Simmons moves, or maybe some dirty dancing, to get back the strength! ( you are probably extra tired from bailing that water!!!) Just a happy "yeah" to you today, have a good weekend! Love, Barb
