In need of solid advice :))

I've been experiencing abdominal "irregularities" for a while. Last spring it started with what I called 'fire crotch', and I usually would pee to relieve the burning, though it didn't always work and it usually woke me up late at night. I saw a doctor who thought it was a nothing and I sucked it up and made jokes about it. It wasn't constant and I have a high pain threshold, so i dealt with it until school. Around October, I had it in my mind that it could be something bad. I saw another doctor; she told me i probably had a yeast infection and made me take the pill. Only the results said I didn't but the pill changed my fire crotch to more of a throbbing discomfort. A month or so later I went to my moms OBGYN. They told me, after a checkup, I was healthy. So I've let it go. But I've still got the throbs and discomforts. I've had lower back pain occasionally but I think that could just be my posture and I get nauseated before my periods (something that started over the summer). For the past two months my bladder has been going from bloated to constipated to diareaha, mostly constipated and bloated. I'm drinking water, like three cups a day, so I don't thiiiink that's it. Also I get full faster... But I've definently had a pressure sort of feeling on my abdomen. I know it's crazy impossible for me to have a cyst or cancer (I'm 17) but i also don't want to think I'm insane. Disclaimer: I have been a hypocondriach for most of my life, which means I never take any of my 'self diagnosis' seriously- I haven't actually been sick in 7 years. I'm not willing to waste our insurance on an illness that doesn't exist but I also don't want this to be a dangerous illness that I ignored and screwed my life over. Please help.

Sorry you are dealing with this. You said "For the past two months my bladder has been going from bloated to constipated to diareaha, mostly constipated and bloated." Do you mean your bowel as in sometimes you cannot have a bowel movement and other times you have diarrhea? Or are you talking about problems urinating?

Sorry, I mean bowel movements. I'm not sure if bloating is a bladder or bowel thing, but I've felt bloated constantly. I haven't had problems urinating, though i have been going a little bit more often!
