On-again off-again bleeding can happen as well as heavier bleeding. Are you still taking pain medicine or any other medicine? That might contribute to nausea. The general anesthesia from surgery causes a lot of nausea for some, but that effect should have ended by now. Are you having any problems with bowels? Eating healthy but light foods easy to digest is important, as well as decreasing narcotic pain killers that slow down the bowels, sometimes too much so. The surgery itself leaves you weak and light-headed until your body regains its strength. I don' t know how much blood is typically lost during these surgeries, but that could be another explanation. Mostly you need to rest, stay hydrated on water/beverages and eat food that isn't too heavy.
