10x9x7cm cyst. Too scared for surgery, how long did you wait for it to shrink?

Most of the time my pain level is 4-5/10 but it fluctuates higher at times.  Any movement causes pain and I can’t sit, stand, or lay comfortably.  Lots of pressure and nerve pain in my legs.  I’m taking 800mg Motrin every 8 hours but it’s not helping much.  I am also very nauseous and dizzy.  What should I do?

If the cyst is indeed 10x9x7 cm (and not mm) then chances are it won't go away on its own and will need to be surgically removed.  What type of cyst is it? What has your doctor recommended?

You will definitely want to be sure they will remove JUST the cyst (cystectomy) and not the ovary (oophorectomy) if the frozen section (done while you are under anesthesia) shows the cyst is benign. This should be clearly spelled out on the surgical consent form. If it isn't, you will want to request a new consent form or revise the existing one and make sure the surgeon signs off on all modifications.
