bump on outside of my cervix

I'm 17 and for about a week now I've had this tiny bump on the inside of my vagina right where the outside of my cervix is. it went away for about two days and as of yesterday its starting to come back as well as a second one on the other side. I also have a pain right where my bladder is like a cramping. it does not hurt/burn to pee, i have normal discharge, i feel pretty much normal besides i have two bums and a lower abdominal pain (i have the birth control implant in my arm i'm not sure if that's whats causing it but I've had problems with this birth control before such as having a period for 40 days) . I have not had any sexual content for about two months, I have one partner which doesn't have any pain or anything down there. I do not want to tell my mom because that weird. but im wondering if its    Nabothian cyst

It could be a cyst of some sort...probably nothing serious.
