Explanation of Recent Ultrasound Results

My recent transvaginal ultrasound came up with the following reading.  What dos it mean? 1.6cm separated rt ovarian cyst.  Nonvisualization of left ovary.  Nonspecific trace fluid along the anterior margin of the endometrium.

A 1.6cm ovarian cyst is very small. Most ovarian cysts resolve on their own, no intervention needed. Ovaries cannot always be seen on imaging. I hear this quite often...radiologist or u/s tech couldn't see ovary(ies). They are small (the size of an almond) and can be sort of hidden.
