Should I be concerned about 7cm cyst. please read

I have an 7cm cyst on my right ovary. I went for an ultrasound and she asked me if I was in pain. I said no and she was surprised. She told me I had a cyst and that I need to follow up ASAP. I had an annual gynecologist visit like 3 months ago and the tech (i dont know the professional term for her sorry) who did this ultra sound said that my gynecologist should have felt something at that time. So I guess it has grown to this size in 3 months. I want to know if this time frame of this growth is concerning. Also, I have had a few blood tests done in the past few months that revealed low WBC counts of 3.5 and 3.1. Is my WBC level and this cyst related. Also, when I researched online alot of women with cysts this size were having pain. Why not me? I should also mention that when I got this ultra sound I was on the 5th day of my period. I am just concerned and anxious. I am following up with the doctor next week but if anyone could give me any info I would appreciate it.

I would be concerned.  It's not HUGE, but it's not small either and add in the fact that it could possibly be growing.  I have 2 cysts, one on each ovary about an inch and a half in size..they are causing me so much pain.  I also have Endo, but I've always had cysts as well.  Anyways,  I'm not saying this to get you all worried, but they have to keep an eye on them.  Sometimes they have to surgically take them out with laparoscopy surgery.  I'm due to have my 2nd lap for Endo in the coming month and he said he'd have to drain my cyst and then remove them.  So please, schedule another appointment and have these looked at!  Just because you're not in pain, don't mean they don't need to come out or be watched.   I hope this helps!! Please keep us posted.  Wishing you all the best. :)
