Should I bowl?

Hi.
I have my ultrasound tomorrow at 1:45p.m. I got a call today from my music teacher for an interview tomorrow after 3:30p.m.  I called back and left a message to make the appointment for after my doctor's appointment. My bowling league bowls tomorrow at 7p.m. 5 pin. My doctor gave me no restrictions. Although, my side was sore last week when I bowled. My question... should I not bowl?  I won't get the results until the 23rd. So if I shouldn't bowl until then, I'll miss 2 weeks. I just think with the ultrasound the same day, plus the interview, maybe it will be too much. What do you think?  Thanks.

I just had that one bottle of water and a bit more.  So one and a half. I even used the washroom a bit before I left. Even then, my bladder was too full.  Next time for me... one bottle of water. LOL

It went well.  Last time, she did the ultrasound on the outside and inside.  Today, she was able to see it clear.  So she did the ultrasound just the outside one with a full bladder and one with it empty.

She said the doctor should have the results on Monday.  Although, my doctor said a week and a half.  I'll find out on the 23rd.  I'm looking forward to know the size.  I'm also looking forward to know what the doctor is going to do and when.  I just want this cyst out of me. Thanks for the reply and for asking. I'll keep you updated.

Don't overdo it.  I only had my morning coffee (it always made me pee more than what I drank) and it was enough for the ultrasound.

Hey!
I'm so sorry to hear that about your job. I hope you find one soon.  I know what you mean about bowling and your boss. A friend of mine lives in the States and said all they have is 10 pin.  Is why I knew. I've bowled 10 pin a few times. It is fun. Then going back to 5... the ball seems so small. No matter how short I cut my nails, I always break my thumb nail 10 pin bowling. LOL I'm off to my 2nd ultrasound today in about 5 minutes. Then a piano lesson interview. Then bowling. Busy day. I hope the ultrasound goes well and I drank enough water. I only drank one bottle. I drank 2 last time and the nurse said my bladder was too full. Even with the one bottle, I feel I need to use the washroom... plus with the cyst makes me want to use the washroom too. ahh the joys of being a girl. LOL I'll drink a little more water just in case.

Yes, I'm in the States.  I like your bowling sport better than our 10 pin.  It sounds much more civilized than our Neaderthal boulder throw.  I only went in December because it was an employee event and participation was sort of:  if you don't go, the boss is not going to like you very much!

A lot of good it did me, too.  I still got laid off in April and still don't have a job or a means to support myself.

Thanks. It is 5 pin and the ball is 3 times smaller than a ten pin ball. Sounds like you're in the States? I should be ok. I was sore last week. My family doctor said I'm ok to bowl though. I'll ask the doctor at the ultrasound tomorrow. If she said I can, then I'll just play a few rounds and see.

Since you are seeing the doctor anyway tomorrow, I would ask then.  Much depends on how you feel.  Bowl a few rounds and if it starts to hurt, you may want to stop.  Or switch to the lightest ball you can find.  I bowled in December, not knowing at the time that I had a 10 cm cyst, and never had a problem.  I also used a light ball because I am awful at bowling, do not throw correctly, and wanted to prevent hurting my arm.
