adrenal mass

diagnosed with adrenal mass, told I had ovarian cysts, full blood work up was done, intra vaginal ultra sound detected, had a bladder test followed by another blood test which was the CA-125, I also have enlarged uterus and was diagnosed six months ago with a fatty liver, could the fatty liver cause all these problems?

This discussion is related to Calcification mass on right ovary.

Thank you for your response, I am scheduled for a bone scan this am, last night I started to spot and the day before I had bladder test, hoping that the spotting is just a minor complication from the catheder insertion, will address that as well today, I seem to get more nervous about all these things going on inside my body, with each passing day, I see dr on the 22 and will try to calm down in the meantime. This is very nerve wracking. I so appreciate you responding so fast to my post. Thanks.

I don't think the fatty liver would cause all of those issues.   The usual rule is that ovarian cysts that are over 5cm and complex (have solid parts) are ones that need to be surgically removed to rule out ovarian cancer.   Ask for your scan report which will give you the sizes of the adrenal mass and ovarian cysts.  An enlarged uterus often happens if you have fibroids.  Hopefully, your doctor will be able to give you a action plan soon.  One thing to note is that if you do have to have surgery because your cysts are suspicious for cancer, then you will want to consult a gynecological oncologist prior to surgery.  This can make a big difference in your overall treatment and prognosis.  Good luck to you!
