What do you mean when you say simple cyst? Is it a functional cyst? You actually have a big cyst. I'm having a chocolate cyst/endometrioma cyst which have been removed with a laparascopy for three times. It is very much possible to remove with laparascopy. Better ask from your doc coz sugery also cause scarring tissue. Hope it helps.

Hi yes it is very likely u will hav laproscopy they will drain it then remove it as it seems it is purely liquid filled.
My cyst is 200mm by 170mm by 130mm and with some echoes & I'm having a laproscopy at end on the month. I hope this helps?
Take care K
