I'm 9 weeks out from a TAH and am still having bowel issues complicated by hemorrhoids.  Definitely speak with your doctor but it's not unusual.  I've been told it will take at least 6 months before I feel 100%.

Hi, if it's severe you should mention it to your doctor.  You had major surgery and things will be tender inside you for a while but severe is worth a mention.

Take care.
