Any help?

Hi I've just been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder after a two week stay in hospital. The post traumatic stress is causing my brain to shut down and I have a seizure. I'm a mum of 3 and have these seizures 5-6 times a day. Does anyone else suffer from this and are there any techniques I can use to try and help my self? I want my kids to have their mummy back and my husband to have his wife back.

Love to all on this page xx

Hi thanks for your reply, I'm on anti depressants, anti convulsants and sleep medication but it hasn't helped at all. On a bad day I can have up to 14 seizures and the mental health team have said they've done all they can do it just comes down to improving my quality of living. I'm in the process of getting into see a psychologist as the psychiatrist feels that sexual and physical abuse in during my teenage was pushed down and has now come out due to a stalking incident that threatened mine and my children's safety. I couldn't imagine the horrors you've felt, seen and experienced and I wish you nothing but the best in your recovery. Thank you for your input it is greatly appreciated.
