young mother with PTSD

I am a young mother with PTSD. I know my triggers pretty well- sexual denial, being yelled at, accusation, talk about my weight, yelling in general, etc. I was picked on as a little girl, sexually and verbally abused up until the age of 16. I got into IV dugs at 17 and my ptsd was masked for about 4 years. I am a month away from being a year sober and after 6 months of rehab, my ptsd is is like the bully at school and that holds up a fist when your teacher asks what happened.

I have medication. But stopped taking it because i am currently pregnant. Are any medications that is safe during pregnancy? I am also bi-polar.

Congrats to you on your sobriety, that is in itself a real milestone...I don't know anything about scripts and that should be something you are asking your doctor....He knows all about you and your history and will be able to give you the right advice...

Best wishes to you
