Hi All!

    As Sandee has said,  I will be over on the SA tonight and tomorrow chatting about alternative health ideas for pain and non-narcotic options.
If youve been wondering about holistic and natural options for anything...even a tooth ache or congestion, I'd be happy to try and help you out with a few possible ideas.
I am mostly into herbalism, aromatherapy and Folk remedies or at home remedies.
But do know of soe ideas for non-narcotic pain relief. Sandee knows alot about non-narcotic medication like NSAIDS and antidepressants so you can always ask her too!

But if you have a question or anything theres no rush I'll be around tomorrow also.

i am excited to access the two day event that suppose to start today with TMA but I don't see anything.  what am I missing.  where do i find it and read and post.  this website has been a real blessing and I've only been active the last few days. please advise.
