Having wrist pain

I have been getting these sharp wrist pains but only when I do push ups or push anything with my palm. Now whats weired when I wash my hands under hot water the pain is gone for that moment. Cant figure it out any tips would be greatly appreciated.

And by Professional, Molly means seek an appointment with your PCP ASAP and ask for or I would at least expect a referral to a rheumatologist. Heat sometimes can help halt pain due to inflammation and numb pain. What you are doing, is engaging in hydrotherapy.

Which is one of many types of heat therapy..there is cold therapy too but that is another story. I have FMS, and UC-Pancolitis so I am blessed with Auto-Immune Disorders and the wonderful pain that comes along.  Just my advice... God speed and good luck. Keep us updated

Your best option would be to have it looked at by a professional. It could be Carpal Tunnal...a form of Arthritis but I'm no Doctor.

An x-ray might be helpful.
