MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hi!
Please do not take any more tablets. So many ibuprofen tablets can cause severe acidity. Take and antacid gel and a drug like omeprazole or ranitidine to lower the acid in the stomach. Drinking chilled milk also helps at times. Apart from this eat light bland diet like toast, crackers etc at frequent intervals. It is equally important to consult a doctor immediately. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Hi holly437,

Just read your comment. So, you took 6 ibupropen last night. That's advil,
I believe. I also believe that 6 advils is the maximum amount.
You say, what should you do. For one thing, don't take anymore ibupropen
today.  Just an idea, see if you can find a homeopathic product at the
health food store. Advil is kinda hard on your liver. Have a nice cuppa tea
and some dry toast. Tea always make me feel better. Eve :)
