Sometimes I'll get a flare-up from overdoing things and I sort of know ahead of time that by pushing myself I'll pay later. But some flare-ups come over me with no warning and also can come on very suddenly. Since you get a little warning, is there anything you can do that lessens the severity or length of your flare-up?
Once in a while I will have an increase in fatigue before I start with a pain flare, but not always. Unfortunately, they mostly tend to hit me out of the blue without warning. I actually wish I would have some warning before they hit so that I could possibly better prepare myself for them, although I don't think that you can EVER really prepare yourself for increased pain :(
Hi Flower-I always enjoy reading your posts. I always go through a stress period bf my really bad flare ups so I know when they are coming. The ones that hit mr by surprise are the barometric pressure changes. They come out of no where. Also when I get my period I get a major flare up too. Sounds like almost all the time, doesn't it?;)
Happy new year to All.

Hi Flower,
I must admit that UNFORTUNATELY, my body doesn't WARN me before a flare-up. I think that you are VERY lucky to get that type of a warning!! I would think it is VERY helpful when you are able to get a warning such as that!! :)
Hope that you had a VERY Merry Christmas and will HAVE a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!..........Mama Sherry :)
